Marx’s Theory Of Distributive Justice And Its Revelation For The Contemporary China

Marx’s theory of distributive justice is an important theory of Marxism. Marx absorbing predecessors’ results of distribution theory, analyzing the reality of Capitalism, reveals the essence of the Capitalist distributive injustice and put forward the principle and the way to realize distributive justice. Recently, our country is in the primary stage of Socialism and important period of transition, so there are many problems in the distribution. Researching on Marx’s theory of distributive justice has an important practical significance to realize distributive justice and the construct harmonious society in our country.The basic content of this thesis mainly includes three parts:The first part elaborates the origin and formation process of Marx’s theory of distributive justice. Marx’s theory of distributive justice is mainly rooted in the theory of distribution according to work of the classical economic perspectives, the thought of distribution according to work of utopian socialism and the theory of freedom and justice of the classical philosophy, and forming process mainly includes before50s Marx’s criticism of the Capitalist distributive injustice and after50s the formation of Marx’s theory of distributive justice.The second part specifically elaborates the basic content of Marx’s theory of distributive justice. Marx’s basic point of distribution, the basic principles of Marx’s theory of distributive justice and the implementation path and the ultimate goal of Marx’s theory of distributive justice are mainly analysed.The third part intensively elaborates Marx’s theory of distributive justice in today’s important enlightenment to us. Today, we still have to pay high attention to the problem of distributive justice, establish the basic principles of distributive justice and take effective measures to solve the problems of distributive injustice.In this paper, the followings are three conclusions. Firstly, Marx’s theory of distributive justice was presented for Capitalism’s distributive injustice. Secondly, the implementation path of distributive justice is paradoxical movement of production mode. Thirdly, Marx’s theory of distributive justice has an extremely important significance for our country to realize distributive justice.
