| The food is the material basis of human survival and development. The food safety have a very important impact on our economic construction, political system construction, and also the stabilization of the society. Since the21st century, with the continuous improvement of our social economic and cultural level, the food safety problems have attracted more and more attention. However, with the progress of science and technology, all kinds of food additives are widely used, the emergence of new food production process and the intervention of transgenic technology, make the traditional food safety system under great challenges. Recent years, the hysteresis of the legal system of food safety, the lax enforcement and weak penalties lead to the endless food safety problems, that becomes a serious threat to people’s life. So, in order to put forward the corresponding perfecting suggestions, it’s necessary to analyze the existing problems of food safety supervision system of China, further study on the main cause of China’s food safety incidents. This is not only beneficial to lead China’s food industry to the specification, but also to the people’s daily life, even the steady and rapid economic development of our country.This article first reviewed the history of the food safety supervision in China, then combined the present situation of food safety regulation in China to analyze the main existing problems in food safety supervision system in China. In reference to the food safety regulatory experience of the United States and the European Union, this article put forward the corresponding measures to perfect our country’s food safety supervisory system. |
