Study On Issues And Countermeasures Of Gansu Civil Air Defense Integration Of Development

In the modern age, uncertainty and instability in international environment are increased. meanwhile, variability and comprehensiveness in security issues are further enhanced. Gansu Province has became an important strategic channel in Northwest China, and plays an important role in the development and stability of country.with the implementation of Western Development strategy and support of the state policies, Gansu faces an important development opportunity. Gansu civil air defense as a government department to safeguard the peace and stability also faces many opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the integration of Gansu civil air defense in development practice, and summarize the institutional infrastructure construction problems, social awareness, personnel, etc. Through the analysis of problem, this study to explore the development of civil air defense in the new era.
