Research On The Development Of Civil Military Integration In Gansu Province

The18th Communist Party of China National Congress proposes to unswervingly adhere to the road of development with Chinese characteristics featuring military and civilian integration. It is the effective approach to implement the two basic tasks on enriching a country and building a strong military, as well as the strategic needs to maintain the coordinated development of the construction of national defense and the economy. Currently, the whole party and the whole military are firmly implementing the great strategy on the integrated military and civilian development, in order to thoroughly explore the practice on this. Thought on the integration is being deepened and the integrated contents on many fields being enriched, all of which have played an important role on the safety and development of our country.The paper is written to make deeply analyses on aspects of the current situation of the economic and social development in Gansu province, the states faced in the cause of the national defense mobilization, as well as the combination of the institutions and mechanisms on the integrated military and civilian development, the integration of the constructions of the national defense and the economy, the talent training system of the integrated military and civilian, and the integration on the military and civilian information construction. During the research, theories on national economic mobilization and national defense modernization have been cited.Combined the self work practice, a huge number of actual survey results based on the analyses of the specific conditions have been utilized, in order to find out the problems faced during the process of the integrated military and civilian development in our province. Aspects of the systems and the mechanisms, objective environment, and the subjective factors have been concerned in analyzing these problems. Academic theories in the field of the public administration have been related in the thesis. On the basis of the analysis and the demonstration, solutions have been found to express hopes and to point out the future directions on bettering the integrated military and civilian development in Gansu province.
