Research On Civil-Military Integration Development

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society,the economy has steadily ranked second in the world,while national defense construction is accelerating,but national defense very prominent,which affects the overall,integrated and balanced development of the country.Civil-military integration has become a global trend.Taking the road of civil-military integration development is the only way for the country to transform and develop from big to strong,and also the inevitable choice for achieving sustainable development.China has always attached great importance to economic development and national defense construction.In order to accelerate the effective integration of economic development and national defense construction and promote the development of civil-military integration,the report of the Eighteenth National Congress clearly put forward that the development of civil-military integration should be upgraded to the national strategic level.The chairman of the nineteenth National Congress of Internship also mentioned that "we should adhere to the unity of rich countries and strong armies,form a deep development pattern of civil-military integration and build National strategic system and capacity of modernization.Focusing on the theme of civil-military integration development,this paper first defines the concepts of civil-military integration and civil-military integration development.In view of the actual situation of economic and social development and national defense construction,closely combines Xi Jinping's thought of strengthening the army and the strategy of governing the country in the new era,and adopts the methods of systematic analysis,comparative analysis,historical research and case analysis to conduct experience of civil-military integration development in China is extracted.In view of the current situation of the integration development of military and civilian shared resources in our country,this paper puts forward specific development countermeasures from six aspects:strengthening national strategic planning,building an integrated organizational management system,deepening the construction of national defense science and technology military and civilian integration system and regulations,improving the comprehensive degree of information integration of military and civilian
