Research On Development Problems And Countermeasures Of JMRH In Sichuan Province

The current world situation is complex and changeable.Only with a strong national defense force and a solid economic foundation can we cope with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The construction of national defense and military industry plays a strategic role in promoting economic and social development.How to combine the talents and technological advantages possessed by the national defense science and technology industry with social and economic development is a major issue that all countries in the world need to think about under the new situation.The JMRH strategy is not only conducive to promoting the coordinated development of my country’s economic growth and national defense construction,but also the only way for my country’s comprehensive national strength to continue to increase,and it is an inevitable choice for various regions to promote sustainable development.The 17 th CPC National Congress emphasized that we should coordinate national defense and economic construction,boost JMRH and reflect Chinese characteristics.In 2015,Chairman Xi Jinping officially identified JMRH as a national strategy.the central government’s arrangement on the JMRH strategy provides a guide for the development of my country’s JMRH in the new era of socialist modernization.Today,all provinces and cities in my country are vigorously strengthening the in-depth construction of regional JMRH,Sichuan Province was approved to become a provincial-level comprehensive innovation and reform pilot zone featuring the in-depth development of JMRH.Sichuan Province,as a major southwestern province focused on construction during my country’s third-tier construction period,has an important strategic position in national defense construction,with rich military industrial resources and advanced national defense technologies.The construction of JMRH is booming,but some problems also exist in the overall development of JMRH.Researching the development problems and countermeasures of JMRH in Sichuan Province is beneficial for Sichuan Province to assume the mission of JMRH development currently,and is of great importance to national defense construction and the economic advance of Sichuan Province.By sorting out the literature of predecessors,the author first analyzes the development process of JMRH on the basis of existing research,and analyzes the current situation of JMRH in Sichuan Province from four aspects: policies and regulations,institutional mechanisms,resource base,and industrial base.secondly,through questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interviews,rich data and materials were obtained,the current problems in the development of JMRH in Sichuan Province were analyzed,and the reasons were analyzed from three aspects: ideology,policies and regulations,and institutional mechanisms.Eventually,strategies are given for the development of JMRH in Sichuan Province to promote the integration of economic development and national defense science and technology industry.Furthermore,it also properly to handle the relationship between economic development and national defense construction.Besides,it is to make further development for promoting JMRH,and strive to enrich the country and strengthen the army in the new era.
