The Research On Music Intervention To Social Communication Ability Of Fresh Graduate Employee

By the help of music intervention training, this study tried to help the group of new employee who just graduated from universities solving problems of their poor communication abilities resulted by anxieties, and using action research throughout the study, I tried to find some efficient music intervention training methods and validate their effects.At first, from four aspects including music teaching design, music psychology, music application in communication and training results, literature research was done which make a good foundation for future development and practical application.Then, chose10students coming from different programs, music intervention training was conducted two times a week,60to90mins for each time, and seven times in all. After intervention, according to the comparisons between pretest and posttest, interviews, and research journal, the analysis was done.The results shows music intervention training has a certain effect in promoting self-recognition of these new employees, with this training, the anxiety of trainees reduced distinctly, and they could understand and accept other people’s opinions which resulted in their clear recognition of the importance of teamwork, In addition, results also indicated this training also helped them not to shy away social environment and adapt to new environment, and all of this will have a significant effect in smoothing their developmental mental problems during the course from school to society.Besides that, the researcher was in charge of the whole study process, and made a general observation and analysis, so combining the above results and practical experience, I work out a feasible series of music intervention training implementing frames, which will serve corporate as a model in implementing training with music intervention methods.
