Research On Social Work Intervention In Study Of Migrant Children’s Social Communication Ability

In recent years, research on the migrant children’theoretical study and Social work practice have been increased, but most of its attention is focused on the children holistic growth mode of education, ethical signif icance, training mode and so on, the children’social life is not deep. This study from the perspective of social work practice, in view of the intervention skills of the children’s social life, pay close attention to its full growth, to enrich children’s achievements of research and practice of social work.This study with the help of "the Public children’s libraries " project of X social work service center in gansu province, to carry out the research on Social Work int ervention in study of migrant children’s social Ccommunication ability. The project adopted questionnaire, interview method, observation method, empirical research methods, studied and evaluat ion t m igrant children’s social Ccommunication ability, according to the results, based on Advantage Perspective Theory and Group Dynamics Theory, used the group social work as basic methods, designd the "hand in hand, we all are good friends" team work plan. The whole process, the social worker detailed records every activities. After the team work, social worker used the effect of group activit ies, the feedback and growth of Client, self assessment and reflection of social worker to evaluat ion and research group activities.The intervention and study found:1. In terms of the intervention effect of group activit ies, team members have obvious progress and change, the process and the effect is good. Can therefore be concluded that the team work played a huge role in improving children’s social communication ability, and team work was more likely to let children produce the unique experience of "small society communication";2. In terms of using the method, team work have strong practicability and operability to deal with the problem.3.In terms of intervention process, the team service preparation work need to be more thorough, and the emergency plan should be ready to complete, activity design needs plenty of time to let the team members show their characters, practice skills also note fair use empathy, response and self disclosure, enables team members to quickly break the doubts, establish a good professional relat ionship, and these techniques could be applied to members of social life, riched experience exchanges and enhanced communication skills.
