| Purposes of Research:To find a safe and effective exercise method for the improvement of the inhibitory function of obese college students, and to explore the difference between the inhibitory function of obese college students and normal weight college students; And explore the effect of acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on the inhibitory function of obese college students, and provide a reasonable exercise program for obese college students to improve their inhibitory function. Methods of Research:This research mainly adopts the method of literature data, questionnaire survey, experiment method and mathematical statistics method.Obesity, overweight, cognitive function, executive function, inhibitory function, acute aerobic exercise, etc.are used as Chinese search terms, and Obesity, overweight, cognitive function, executive function, inhibitory function, acute aerobic exercise, etc.are used as English search terms in CNKI and Databases such as web of science collect literature data. The questionnaire survey included basic information survey, and at the same time, the exercise risk screening scale and the physical activity rating scale were used to understand the subjects’ physical health status and physical exercise status in the past month. In experiment 1,the independent sample t test was used to compare the basic information difference between the obese group and the normal weight group. The independent sample t test was used to analyze the difference of Go/Nogo task between the obese group and the normal weight group.Differences in the Flanker task in normal body weight groups. In experiment 2,repeated measures analysis of variance was used to compare the changes of the Go/Nogo task and the Flanker task before and after the exercise group and the control group.Enumeration data are presented in the form of mean and standard deviation. Results of Research:In Experiment 1,the difference in inhibitory function between obese college students and normal-weight college students was investigated, and it was found that obese college students showed lower accuracy rates in the Go/Nogo task(p < 0.05),and showed slower response times in the Flanker task(p <0.05).Experiment 2 explored the effect of acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on the inhibitory function of obese college students.A total of 39 obese college students participated in the study, divided into exercise group(20)and control group(19).The exercise group performed 25 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, and the control group performed 25 minutes of sitting. The test method was the same as in Experiment 1.The results showed that in the test of response inhibition function, the correct rate of Go after exercise in the exercise group was significantly improved(p<0.05),the correct rate of Nogo was significantly improved, and the correct rate of Nogo was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).0.01).In the interference inhibition function test, the correct rate of consistent stimulation after exercise in the exercise group was significantly improved(p < 0.05),the reaction time in the exercise group was significantly improved(p < 0.05),and the reaction time was significantly faster than that in the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusions of Research:(1)Compared with normal-weight college students, obese college students are less capable of response inhibition and interference inhibition. The overall results show that obese college students have weaker inhibition functions.(2)After 25 minutes of acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, the behavioral task performance of response inhibition and interference inhibition ability of obese college students was improved, indicating that acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise has a positive effect on the inhibitory function of obese college students. |
