The Study On College Students’Life-oriented Ideological And Political Education

It emphasized that education must be student-centered, teacher-led, and give full play to students’initiative. Furthermore, it takes to promote student growth and success as the starting point and goal of all school."The CPC Central Committee and State Council’s views on further strengthening and improving ideological and political education"([2004] No.16file) asked the ideological and political education to adhere to people-oriented, close to reality, to life and to students, and strive to improve its pertinence, effectiveness and attractiveness. Life-oriented Ideological and Political Education of College Students is a new educational concept and method, which is against the drawbacks of traditional ideological and political education, complies with the requirements of the times. It puts forward an educational idea and teaching method based on the philosophical reflection of the ideological and political education theory and practical.This paper takes the Marxism theory as the guide, putting the theory into practice, and making comprehensive and systematical researches on Life-oriented Ideological and Political Education of College Students. Life-oriented Ideological and Political Education refers to the education among subjects which taking its educators and students as the interactive subjects, putting the life as center, making the Ideological and Political Education into their lives. It has features of interactive, open, generative and practical. Its theoretical bases are Dialectical Materialistic, Marxist theory, the idea of return to the living world and human-centered theory. But nowadays, ideological and political education in Colleges is deprived of subjectivity, the content, target, method and carrier of the life-oriented ideological and political education are far from the actual life. The practice mode shows that the "teacher-student" interactive subjectivity and full participation of ideological and political education; it establishes the educational goal of promoting students’free and comprehensive development, and adaptation to the needs of society. It perfects education content of "coming from life". And it also implements the diverse educational methods:paying attention to emotional communication, developing experiential situation education, constructing the "School-Family-Society" all-round education environment, and perfecting the evaluation system.
