On The Educational Countermeasures Of Preventing And Controlling The Academic Misconduct In The University

The academic misconduct in the university is frequent currently, how to prevent and control it is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the scientific research level, create more world class university and build a innovative country.This article consists of six parts. The first part illustrates the background, significance, the present situation, the method and innovative points of the research. The second part defines the academic misconduct. The third and fourth parts research the form and the harm of the academic misconduct in the university. The fifth part analysis the causes of academic misconduct in the university from multiple perspectives. The sixth part is about the countermeasures of preventing and controlling the academic misconduct in the university.On the whole, there are many causes for the academic misconduct, this paper analyzes its causes mainly from the education perspective, including the university’s neglecting the students’academic moral education, the inadequate guidance to students, the impure learning motivation of university students and the lack of scientific spirit and so on. It focus on the education countermeasure to manage the academic misconduct, such as strengthening the scholars’moral self-discipline and the sense of shame education of academic misconduct, stressing the academic standard education and cultivating the scientific spirit of new generations, etc.It must research the countermeasures of preventing and controlling the academic misconduct in the university from the ethical perspective, while admitting the system and supervision, it should emphasize moral obligations and scientific spirit and inner cultivation, form a good value orientation, by pursuing the moral, and construct an integral system consisting of self-education, family education, school education and social education.
