This study would use the literature review, interview method and induction, and analysis the status of Chinese sports brokerage. The object of study is Chinese sport agent. Firstly, this dissertation would take Chinese top athlete Liu Xiang’s "Team Xiang" as an example, try to explain the specific duty of Chinese sport agent, its strength and weakness and the future developing trend. Then, analysis the successful development experience of the outstanding foreign sports agent and sports agents, and get inspired from it. Finally, sum up the development trends of China’s sports agent, and make recommendations.For a long time, sports in China are based on the nationwide system, which helps China to become a sporting nation. But with the establishment and development of socialist market economy, conflicts exposed increasingly, including two main aspects: underdevelopment of China’s sports agent, and which led to the malpractices in current. However, sports agent is a unique bridge between sports and industry, or sports and economy, which plays an important role in healthy and rapid development of sports. Therefore, the study and analysis of Chinese sports agent is necessary and crucial.Elaborate analysis, this study sum up the "Team Xiang" is actually under the auspices of the various administrative unites, coach, manager, doctor supplemented by research working group, in order to ensure Liu Xiang’s training, competitions, commercial activities, usually all aspects of life such as a balanced and development team, including training as a top priority. Thus showing "Team Xiang" in business management and operation deficiencies, and may be derived from the commercial legal disputes. This is a close relationship with our institutions and sports brokerage.At present, Chinese sports brokerage in the development of the biggest problems are:1. Sports agent market resources openness degree is not high; 2. The market of athletic competition is order to be further standardized;3. Sports brokerage is lack of self-regulation;4. Chinese sports brokers are weak, lack of experience, it is difficult to compete with foreign sports brokers.Development of Chinese sports agent lag is the biggest problem of the development of Chinese sports agent, mainly due to:1. Institutional and structural obstacles;2. Weak market and legal management;3. The neglect of the sports sector;4. Sports agents their own problems.The development trend of Chinese sports agent have four specific directions:1. In order to reduce operational risks, the sports agent or organization is the focus shifted to other places, for example, independent train athletes. This respect follow the example of foreign performing arts practices of the brokerage firm.2. The vision of Chinese sports agent will not be limited to the domestic sports brokerage market completely turned to look at the international, a firm footing in the international arena with their own strength.3. Integrated the first and second point of the extension of the practice, the sports agent can emulate "Beijing Olympian Club" development ideas.4. Chinese sports agent can start with the sports brand marketing commissionerThe development trend of Chinese sports brokerage organizations, for example, to the Shanghai Sports Competition Center. This competition center is attached to the Sports Bureau Institutions, in the transition process to the sports brokers, the nature of the existing institutions unchanged and revitalize the Shanghai services, the formation of the two systems co-exist, both the management functions sports competition and market operation functions of the socialist market economic system under the management model the nature of the institutions, that is, the center staff get the same, the running architecture, and the operating mechanism is in full accordance with the enterprise model.
