Import CIS Strategy Of China's Sports Agency

The further development of the sports marketing in our country and the coming up of the 29th Olympic Games boomed the sports agent marketing, because of which lots of domestic sports agent companies were founded. Meanwhile,more and more foreign money and sports agent companies have been competing for that.Our domestic companies are under double pressure.By reviewing the history of sports agent and companies,by analyzing the management situations and marketing conditions form the perspective of Enterprise Management,Public Relationship and Advertising,the following conclusions were made:the overall development level of domestic companies is not high;few companies have good image and valuable brand;whereas good images not only guide,inspire,solidify the staff, but increase the intangible assets,get more people' s supports and make companies easy to expand.Meanwhile,the history,function,and the means to plan,implement and evaluate of Corporate Identity System were studied comprehensively in this paper,which stressed in the necessity,the importance and evaluate system when the domestic sports agent companies conduct CIS, the conclusion is:CIS could help domestic companies to identify the Mind System,standardize the Behavior System and unify the Visual System if it is conducted correctly;and then advance the cognition,the reputation and the harmony.The CIS evaluate system which works in planning, implementing,and effect evaluating respects and works in Cause,Course, and conclusion steps,could be referenced to make sure the expect targets.The proposal is that domestic sports agent companies should cultivate and strengthen the mind of company image and brand;should conduct and operate CIS according to the marketing and company condition,and could reference CIS evaluate system when CIS is conducted.
