However, it has obviously a close relation with it’s unique idea and practice for the education, here is a vivid example for the teaching." The free-study"means students learn sth by following their teachers, and "the Free-study Mode" indicates that "the free-study"of Southwest united university has been the best paradigm for laters. Directly speaking, what teachers taught at that time is not the rare knowledge and monotonous classroom teaching, but more often, teachers and students develped human interaction in free and fresh atmosphere. Therefore, students not only learn knowledge and skills,but also form distingue academical spirit and healthy personality, just like the vivid metaphor by professor Mei Yiqi,"big fish leading, small fish trailing", students learned from teachers, cruising freely in knowledge ocean. All in all,"the Free-study Mode" is the influence of teachers’personality, pointing to shaping students’spirits and characters. Therefore,"the Free-study Mode" in Southwestern united university has deep aesthetic significance about personality.This thesis has Chapter one:"outlining the Free-study mode". It points to giving a brief knowledge outline of "the Free-study mode" of literature in Southwestern united university on a basis of deflniting "the Free-study mode". It is given the outline from four aspects, for example, the resolute cultural spirit, the gracious master style, the influence of "the Free-study mode" and the colorful literatural activities. Chapter two: the aesthetic spirit of "the Free-study mode".
