From teachers to proceed aesthetic education, we must first establish the aesthetic character of teachers. Only the kindly soul can have the beauty thinking and behavior. In the rapid development modern society, we should particularly pay a attention to the aesthetic sense and personality of the teachers, and with a variety of strategies to establish teachers aesthetic personality. Ensuring the teaching's aesthetic expression, realizing aesthetic education, based on the knowledge of "free personality" to achieve aesthetic management. Therefore, this article is to analyze the quality of aesthetic education requirements for teachers, to think about the wide gap between the current quality of teachers and aesthetic educational needs, to summary the main factors affecting aesthetic practice, to propose to the practice strategies to strengthen the teachers'aesthetic character and to strengthen the aesthetic education management strategy, to provide the operation for the study of aesthetics theoretical and aesthetic practice. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part, showing the theory and practice of aesthetic education, and analyzing the quality of teachers, summing the factors affecting the implementation of aesthetic education.The second part, which is from the rheological theory of aesthetic education to illustrate the development process of "true", "goodness" and "beauty" education, and to implement the value of teachers as an important element of aesthetic education.The third part, conducting a detailed argument on how to cultivate the aesthetic personality of teachers. First it presents the type of ideal personality, and then reveals the characteristics of aesthetic personality, finally through the strategies of construction of aesthetic values and aesthetic images, putting the way of training the teachers with aesthetic character.The development of teachers is not only the increase in knowledge and moral improvement, but also need establish a spirit of individual expression, free spirit, innovative spirit of the aesthetic pursuit. The true meaning of teacher professional is to experience the beauty and happiness in their career, and convey it to their students. In this way, teachers can achieve the aesthetic experience of the world, and can also carry out aesthetic practice and aesthetic creation in teaching. This is a joy of free development, and also be the essence of life force.
