Tradition-sport-schools are defined as common elementary schools, middle schools and vocational-technical schools (containing private schools but not secondary specialized schools), which for many years not only have shown extensive mass base and good sports level, trained excellent athlete candidates for key amateur schools, sports schools, sports teams, first-class athlete teams and universities, but also have enabled all the above advantages to become a tradition.Sports schools of traditional games, as the primary training forms of competitive sports in China, play a positive role on the cultivation of competitive sports reserved talents. Along with the development of China’s school sports reform and quality education, the traditional schools not only cultivate socialist constructors and successors who are well-developed in morality, intelligence, physique and art for China, and make the school sports universal, improve students’sports level, keep with the tradition, highlight characteristics, do scientific training, cultivate a large number of reserve talents for the sustainable development of the competitive sports. Therefore, the traditional school talents’training attracts more and more attentions.This thesis is to resolve the problem:how to develop Traditional Sports School, reform the current training system, solve the contradiction of the learning and training, reserve sports talents cultivation and transportation, improve the competition system at all levels, build a new model of cultivation of competitive sports reserved talents, and achieve better development for excellent sports talents.The author selects Traditional Sports School in Changsha City as the object of study, study the traditional project of Hunan four famous sports school talents training mode in the form of field research, the questionnaire, and combine with the basic principles of educational management and successful experience of school reform, analysis its problems, and come up with strategies for the traditional Sports School. |
