Research On The Current Situation And Path Of School's Traditional Sport Projects Development In Nanyang Under The View Of Sports Power

The development on school's traditional sports project is the core of the athletic sports,and is the great performance and perfect combination between athletic sports and school physical education in the context of sports power strategy.Sports events drive forward both school's growth on sport and the process of building the sports power country,which play an important role in many parts,including developing quality-oriented education in all aspects,training talents for athletic sports and promoting the integration of sport and education.In this research,the author exhibits Problems in school's traditional sports development by understanding the development on school's traditional sports project under the view of sports power.This research also explores new development paths and thoughts of development to help to develop teenagers' development on sports with the SWOT analysis.The research is based on the progress made in the national,provincial,and municipal traditional sports projects.It does researches on the development status,existing problems and development paths of the schools though the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,etc..The contents are as the following:First,the development status of school's traditional sports project in Nanyang is analyzed,such as: the distribution of traditional sports project in schools,teachers' status quo of primary and secondary school,funding sources,venue equipment,student training and participation,and parent support.Second,the main problems exists in the development.For example: the management system is inadequate,the operation mode and funding source of the training are single,the limited sports facilities can't get more students involved,the enrolment of sports specialties students in school's traditional sport project,the enrollment channels are poor and the traditional sports projects lack high-level coaches.Third,SWOT analysis was made for the development on school's traditional sports project under the view of sports power:1.Advantages: ensuring the related policies and systems;putting forward sports competitions on various levels;proactive promotions by the relevant people in charge in sports sectors.2.Disadvantages: The school is built and administrated by two government sectors,which lead to decentralized power and low management efficiency;Besides,shortage of education resources restricts development on school's traditional sports projects.3.Opportunity: Under the political and economic environment,sports power became a strategic target and win a good background to develop traditional sports projects.4.Challenge: The cancel of extra marks for students with sports talent impacted the enrollment trend of key senior high schools and junior high schools.Fourth,the growth paths of traditional sports projects in Nanyang under the perspective of sports power: 1.the school application system of municipal traditional sports projects should be improved and connected development plan in all aspects should be made.2.The education administrative departments should encourage the traditional sports schools to recruit students with sports talent.3.a coordinated operation mechanism between the sports and education administration departments should be constructed in order to provide institutional guarantee for the development of traditional sports schools.4.Education and sports departments should provide various preferential policies so as to encourage the integration of social capital into the development of traditional sports schools.5.Use the "introduction + sending out" model to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in the traditional sports school;6.Combine sport and education to resolve the contradiction between school and training and to alleviate the concerns of parents and students.
