Physical education teaching evaluation is an important part of physical education at college,and also a valuation of the sports learning and its effect on college students.This study is in view of the evaluation of the situation of Chinese sports,"education forall-around development","Lifelong Learning" and "Health First" provides basis for thefoundation of this evaluation system. We lay stress on process evaluation (e.g. diagnosticevaluation, process evaluation and summative assessment combining), different evaluations innature(qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation combining), comprehensive evaluationof the different states of evaluation (e.g. evaluation of static and dynamic evaluation), theevaluation of full participation (e.g. teacher evaluation, student self-assessment and student peerassessment combination) to make the students tennis academic assessment, which is thought interms of t the magnitude of physical fitness, tennis skills, theoretical knowledge, progress,learning attitude, affective expression and the spirit of cooperation. Building an tennis evaluationsystem which is reflecting the comprehensive development of the quality of students, variety ofevaluations of dynamic content and diversification, methods and means helps to promote tenniscourses and the healthy physical and mental development of the students.This study has been done on the basis of documentary,investigation,statistics,experiment,etc. we have explored evaluating indicators and their weight, model evaluation then verifedfurther the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system for tennis selective course atcollege.The specific conclusions reached are offered as follows:1、this evaluation system has good operability and full-blooded content, and its results are inforce and more objective than the previous evaluation system,2、Emphasizes of evaluation are put on process evaluation, different evaluations in nature,comprehensive evaluation of the different states of evaluation, and the evaluation of fullparticipation3、We evaluate from six dimensions and24indicators, the magnitude of physical fitness,tennis skills, theoretical knowledge, progress, learning attitude, affective expression and thespirit of cooperation included4. The weight of first-grade indicators are as follow: tennis fitness0.15, tennis skill0.3,theoretical knowledge0.1, progress0.15, learning attitude0.2, affective expression and the spirit of cooperation0.1. The model evaluation is X综合分=X专项×0.15+X技能×0.3+X理论×0.1+X进步×0.15+X态度×0.2+X情意×0.15。5、This evaluation system for tennis selective course at college is better at tennis skill,learning attitude and team work than previous ones.
