Basic idea of "sports and health curriculum standard" is to adhere to the "health first" guiding ideology, stimulate and maintain students’ interest in sports, takes student’s main body status, to cultivate the students’ ability. Tennis promotion was conducted on campus, especially the college tennis sports, tennis sport in colleges and universities development mainly depends on tennis teaching and teaching of the teacher, depends on whether teachers have good teaching ability. Therefore to establish a tennis teacher classroom teaching ability evaluation system is conducive to the development of tennis sport in colleges and universities.Taking college tennis teacher ability evaluation index system of classroom teaching as the research object, through investigating a number of colleges and universities tennis teachers, understand the current situation of xi "an university tennis movement development, status of teachers and tennis teacher should have the ability of classroom teaching, obtain first-hand data, then use" Delphi method "of college tennis teachers classroom teaching ability of index screening, then using the data obtained from the questionnaire was a total build three first-level indicators, five secondary indexes,18second index preliminary constructed the university tennis teachers teaching ability evaluation index system, and finally by using the method of factor analysis to the system of the weight of each index is analyzed, and using the fuzzy theory to develop a corresponding evaluation model, and ultimately determine the university tennis teachers teaching ability evaluation index system and weight coefficient of each index, thus forming a set of scientific martial arts teacher ability evaluation of classroom teaching of primary school.
