With the development of higher education to the popular trend,especially our country is pay more attention on the vocational education andcapital investment, the higher vocational colleges developed very rapidly inrecent years. As a national demonstration college, Inner Mongolia Technicaland Vocational College of Architecture has a rapid development in recentyears, and has developed from the initial pursuit of scale development toconnotation construction. Construction of t1eachers team becomes effectivepower to drive the leap forward development of the college. Construction oft’eachers team is the primary task of survival and development of highervocational colleges. Whether each university has space for development in thefuture, it mainly decided by the construction of t’eachers team. As a foreigneducation scholar mentioned, a university’s level cannot be judged by student’quantity and teaching facilities, but the teachers quality.Based on the above reasons, this paper takes the construction ’of teachersteam of Inner Mongolia Technical and Vocational College of Architecture asresearch object. Through research to find out the existing problems andanalysis of its causes, draw lessons from the advanced experience of foreigndeveloped countries and domestic developed regions, aiming at the problems’existed in the management of teachers team in IMTCC, to put forwardsolutions, so as to get enlightenment and draw a lesson.First of all, this paper embarks from the actual situation, to make thestudy of the current situation of the construction of teach’ers team, throughcomparative analysis of related data of the Faculty, we find out someproblems at the construction of teach’ers team, for example, low ratio ofteacher and student, low educational background of teacher, vocationaltraining lag behind, low proportion of "double-quality teach"er, imperfect incentive&evaluation mechanism, etc.Secondly, this paper made multi angle analysis and induction to thereasons of the problems of construction of teach’ers team in IMTCC. In recentyears, domestic and foreign higher vocational college t’eachers team made alarge number of fruitful works. So this paper introduces advanced experience’of construction of teachers team of Germany, the United States, Britain, othercountries, and domestic developed regionsFi’nally, aiming at the inadequacy of the construction of teachers team inIMTCC, we draw lessons from the domestic and foreign advancedexperiences of developed countries and regions, combined with the actualsituation of IMTCC, put forward corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions: to improve teachers educational level from2aspects: theadmittance and further education; to establish a professional&vocational"d"ouble quality teacher team from the overall planning; to improve teacherstraining mechanism; to create a good employment mechanism; to improvet’eachers incentive mechanism; to stabili’ze teachers team.
