The supervisors play an important role in students’ growing up and development in colleges.They undertake the students’ daily political education and management affairs. They are themain organizer, director and executor in students’ education and management, and the guaranteefor student’s healthy development, the significant force of maintianing social stability. Becauseof the backward system and regulation, the sense of professional acknowlegement is relativelybad and the incentive-management level is not high, which causes less work enthusiasm, bandworking status and unsteady supervisor teams. So, establishing perfect supervisor-incentivesystem in college is the basis to strengthen supervisor group construction, to improve students’political education and to protect college’s stability. This essay has put forward to somequestions according to the present situation in supervisor construction in Shijiazhuang VocationalTechnology Institute and has analysed them from different aspects. Finally, the propersupervisor-incentive system will be built up, from basis of which to solve the problems.This essay, by the way of bibliography colletion, of investigation, of comparision and ofcase analysing, has illastrated and analysed the supervisor team situation in ShijiazhuangVocational Technology Institute and then the sensible discussion has been made, deeplyanalysing the supervisor’s features and requirements. The theory of praising is elaborated andbased of that, the rules of constructing supervisor-praising system. The system is founded fromthe practical requirements. Lastly, the guarantee of implementing the system has been putforward to, hoping the essay could draw a light for praising system study in higher colleges.
