Hundred years' policy based on education.In recent years,private education has become a new force in China's higher education,Private education is the important fulcrum of higher education,and also it is very important to promote the development of higher education.while the education plicy based on teachers.And now Many private higher vocational colleges has many problems in teachers incentive.The paper study on human resources management issues of A college,such as incentive system of teachers.After analyzing the situation of human resource management in A college,The results showed the problems about teachers' management and incentive.Combining with the teachers' characteristics of higher vocational colleges,A college has been established teachers' incentive system which is suit for development of college.and it provides a good reference on teachers' incentive system to the rapid development of private higher vocational colleges.A college have some concrete problems existing in the process management through field investigation of college,such as salary design,performance management,training and promotion channels,etc.At the same time,it ignores the effect of individual differences on incentive system,and There is no in-depth understanding and analysis of the actual needs of teachers.These problems led to the college's incentive system can not play the greatest incentive efficiency.Therefore,Therefore,when building and improving the college's incentive system,we need to combine the individual needs of teachers with the development goals of college.Adhere to the principle what is fairness and justice,Combined with universal and differences,Material incentives and spiritual incentives,Combination of long and short incentives.To promote the scientific,reasonable and humane reform of the current incentive system,To establish a long-term and effective incentive system for the development of A college teachers and the development of colleges.
