Due to the existing of regional difference and the difference between city andcountryside, the distribution of the middle school teacher flow is not equivalent. Thisimpedes the development of the schools in the undeveloped district, and leads to badinfluence on the development of education and economy in China.From the perspective of institutionalization,and under the aspect of urban and ruraloverall development, this paper analyzes the institutional reasons which cause theunreasonable middle school teacher flow, and reveals the reason of the formal andinformal institution that leads to the unreasonable teacher flow, and gives out thecorresponding countermeasures based on the sample of the middle school teachers inJiulongpo district. The content of this paper can be divided into six chapters:Chapter one gives out the background and meaning of this paper, and introduces itsstudy content and method. Various method are used, such as education, society,psychology, management method and so on, to discuss the problem of teacher flow ofmiddle school in Jiulongpo district. This is different from the past one dimension study,and find out the deep meaning of this problem.Chapter two clarify the related theories about teacher flow, it mainly introducesfour kinds of theory that are closely linked with the problem of teacher flow, it includeslabour economic theory, human capital theory, management theory, and Marxistrelational theory on city and countryside.Chapter three studies the characteristics of the middle school teacher flow inJiulongpo district of Chongqing city. It introduces the current situation of Jiulongpo’sfour education district, and analyzes the influences of teacher flow on society, school,and individual based on the data that is adapted from the teacher’s scholar, teacher’stitle, teacher’s continuous education, and the situation of teachers flow.Chapter four is the research of the cause of teacher flow in Jiulongpo’s middleschool. The SPSS software was used to analyze the data stochastically obtained from sixmiddle schools in Jiulongpo district, and gives out the cause of teacher flow in thisdistrict based on the statistical results.Chapter five introduces the institutionalization construction of the reasonable teacher flow, countermeasure to solve the problem of teacher flow rightly. It should bebased on the general principle of publicity to promote the construction of the formal andinformal institution that is related to the teacher flow.Chapter six introduces conclusions and prospect about this reaseach.
