In this paper from the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics, analysis from the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics the relationship between teacher and curriculum issues. And we concluded that teachers in understanding and implementing the curriculum in the process to "understanding" as the premise, With the interaction and dialogue as the main way, Through the understanding reached between the two sides fusion of horizons and knowledge of the reconstruction and generation, Eventually to both sides of the spirit world rich and construction.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is mainly to explore the relationship between teachers and curriculum theory. From the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics of relationships between teachers and curriculum, and summarizes it’s on Teachers’ understanding curriculum the important enlightenment, to study the relationships between teachers and curriculum provides a new theoretical basis. The second part is to inspect the real natural state of the current teaching practice between teachers and curriculum, mainly from the teacher’s curriculum awareness, teacher’s curriculum concept, between the teachers and students in the words of the course and teacher role as the investigation, the existence of such issues in-depth reason explore analyses. The third part focused on the reality of the inspection problem, from the teacher’s curriculum awareness, teacher’s role, teacher’s curriculum course understanding and peace dialogue relationships between teachers and students in the construction of the countermeasures are discussed.
