To attract foreign students to study in China, is an important measure to enhanceChina’s foreign exchanges and cooperation in the field of humanities, promote theharmonious development between China and the world, and it is playing an importantrole in way of Beijing to become a world level city with Chinese characteristicsImproving the management and services of foreign students in Beijing, is a crucialmeasure to promote the open of education to the outside world. Making full use of theinternationalization of education, will accelerate the achievement of the modern way.The municipal government should strengthen the overall planning and policy supportfor foreign students, because it has a positive role in promoting the development ofthe capital of the external trade in services, and raising the city’s internationalinfluence.We take a review of the history of the development of the work of foreign students,and analysis of the main problems in this stage work and propose improvementstargeted several parts of the argument analysis.
