The Case Study Of Knowledge’s Field And Environment Of University Research Team’s Tacit Knowledge Tansfer

To search tacit knowledge，the objective point more has placed enterprise，buthas not actually given the value to tacit knowledge of the university scientific researchteam. It is well known， the university scientific research team bears heavyresponsibility to basic research，scientific and technological innovation and personneltraining，and the tacit knowledge has already became core competition resource of theuniversity scientific research team，so its importance is self-evident. Therefore how beenable tacit knowledge of the university scientific research team to obtain，graduallyhas became the focal point which the scholars studied. Majority of all concentratesabout searching classification of the tacit knowledge and factors of influencing thetacit knowledge’s transfer，but to propose reasonable measures which suit in the tacitknowledge’s transfer is few.This article will propose the knowledge field environment and take Xuniversity X scientific research team as the concrete case to analyze and discuss theknowledge field environment. The author will attempt to construct the knowledgefield environment to suit in tacit knowledge’s transfer of the university scientificresearch team. The knowledge field environment may promote in great extent totacit knowledge’s transfer of the university scientific research team，which guaranteesthe team knowledge unceasing deepening and the expansion，and provides theknowledge support for team’s development.The team’s spirit field environment is the existence foundation of two other fieldenvironment， simultaneously two other field environment seeps mutually and affectsmutually.
