At present， the development of higher vocational education in our country is the mostglorious period in the history， such as scale expansion and social influence isremarkable.But at the same time，there are also a series of problems. For example，studentmanagement is still mainly on the traditional model， rigid management becomes the mainway and means，so effect of management is poor and talent training quality has beensignificantly affect. This study is based on this promble to put forward a change thattransform the original management mode， strengthening the flexible management ofhigher vocational college students.Through the analysis of this study，we point out the current main problems of studentmanagement in higher vocational colleges in our country，such as ignoring students’individual needs， the lack of humanistic care， ignore management of intangibleedification， Failing to embody the flexible elements，etc. Investigate its reason，is largelydue to the shackles of traditional management mode，ignoring students present newcharacteristics and the personnel quality student management is not high.Later on， this study explores the most suitable methods to manage students in thehigher vocational college，which is given priority to with flexible management and rigidmanagement is complementary. And put forward strengthen the relevant strategy offlexible management.The first， higher vocational college should implement"people-oriented" education philosophy to highlight the student main dominantposition.The second， construct a harmonious campus culture and pay attention to theinfluence of the invisible management.The third， improve the managers’ own quality tofurther enhance the service ability and consciousness. The fourth， build students’ selfmanagement platform and train the ability of students’ self education.The fifth， set up theconsciousness of democratic management to the rationality of the program managementbehavior.
