Teaching students is the core of education, and the classroom is the main location for teachers to organize teaching. During the three decades of reform and opening-up, exploration in the footsteps of the students and the class has never stopped. Throughout this process, we have experienced the magnificent transformation from" teaching centralized by teacher and books" to "studying centralized by students". This deficiently has major stimulative effect on improving students’ enthusiasm and initiative, and enhancing the quality of education and teaching. But it also produces new problems along with a new round of curriculum reforms. The provinces of the whole country are devoted to the reform in education of the present classroom to solve the problems.Classroom teaching is a well-organized teaching pattern. The management of classroom instruction, which services on classroom teaching, is the key component of classroom teaching and plays an extremely important part to the effective implementation of the classroom teaching. But the present situation of classroom teaching management for primary and middle school is not optimistic. After investigation, we found that there are still many problems in class management which is not conducive to the smooth development of classroom teaching. Taking Daxing middle school as an example, as to the bad phenomenon of classroom management distortion, laggard patterns, teachers’understanding Insufficiency and mishandling of students’bad behavior, this paper will analysis these problems thoroughly, explore the ways of classroom teaching management, put forward the practical measures, and then provided some references for middle school’s teaching management.
