Rock climbing,as an emerging sport,has a shorter development time in China,and its training system needs to be further improved.This study applies core strength training to the speed climbing training of outdoor special students in colleges and universities,and conducts a comparative study with free-hand limb strength training.It explores the impact of different strength training on the speed climbing special quality and sports performance.It is the core strength training in speed climbing The application of training provides empirical evidence,at the same time enriches the content of speed climbing training,improves the scientific level of speed climbing training,and promotes the development of rock climbing in China.This research takes the core strength training and freehand limb strength training as the research object of college outdoor outdoor students’ speed climbing special qualities and sports performance as the research object,combs the existing research through the literature method and provides a theoretical basis,and screens the experiment through the questionnaire survey method For the test indicators,30 students of the 2017 outdoor sports specialty of Beijing Sport University were taken as the experimental objects(15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group)for experimental research.The experimental group had core strength training,and the control group had free hand and limb strength training.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,paired sample T test and independent sample T test were performed on the speed quality and speed climbing performance of the two groups of outdoor special students.Through the 8-week experiment,the experimental group’s 1RM weight-bearing squats,star-shaped offset balance test,eight-level abdominal bridge,and the start of the 3-meter climbing test scores have increased significantly(P <0.05),and its star offset balance test,Eight-level abdominal bridge,start 3 meters climbing test results are significantly better than the control group(P <0.05);the control group’s 1RM weight-bearing squats,pull-ups,3 pull-ups test results have significantly increased(P<0.05),its pull-ups and 3 pull-ups were significantly better than the experimental group(P <0.05);the speed climbing results of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved(P <0.05),but the experiment The speed climbing performance of the group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research conclusion: core strength training has a good effect on improving core stability,lower limb strength,balance ability and starting climbing speed,free hand limb strength training has a good effect on improving upper and lower limb strength and movement speed;core strength training and free hand limb strength training Can promote the remarkable growth of speed climbing performance,but the former is more significant than the latter in improving speed climbing performance;the core strength training mechanism is reflected in the promotion of core stability,balance ability and energy output to enhance the core strength Training can better grasp the speed climbing technical movements,promote the improvement of sports performance,and provide an empirical basis for the scientific training of speed climbing.
