Badminton as a net confrontation category group sports,but also China's traditional sports strengths,in recent years,with the continuous changes in the rules of badminton,the pace of the game gradually accelerated,the two sides in the holding round ball speed is getting faster and faster,making badminton speed quality requirements are increasingly high,and to improve the special speed quality of badminton ability,it is required to affect the speed of the various emergency stop,start,To improve the special speed quality ability of badminton,it is required to improve efficiency and speed in the movements that can affect the speed of the emergency stop,start,turn,stomp across,return and swing.Stretch band resistance training as an emerging training theory and method,from the initial application in the direction of medical rehabilitation to physical fitness training today,is a very effective and recognized training theory,with the needs of athletes physical fitness ability,is used in various projects,and the elastic band resistance training applied to badminton speed quality research is still in its infancy,this study will stretch band resistance training applied to college sports majors badminton This study applies the elastic band resistance training to the teaching of badminton specialized classes in college physical education to investigate the effect of improving the elastic band resistance training on badminton special speed quality,in order to improve the physical quality and training ability of students and promote the effectiveness of college badminton teaching.In this paper,30 male students of badminton classes selected by Sichuan Tourism College were taken as subjects by using literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experimental method,and they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,15 in each group,which were followed for a period of 12 weeks,with the experimental group using elastic band resistance training for intervention and the control group using traditional physical training for intervention.After referring to the opinions of relevant experts and senior coaches,six test indexes were selected,including lllinois test,ten times of low gravity four-point running,five times of left and right touching the edge,10 seconds of in-situ high lift,one-minute rope skipping and 30-meter running.And a cross-sectional and longitudinal comparative analysis was conducted between the two groups.The results of the study showed that.(1)In the control group,after 12 weeks of traditional physical training,only the30-meter run scores were significantly different(P < 0.05),and the remaining five items were statistically not significantly different(P > 0.05),so it was inferred that the effect of traditional physical training on improving the special speed quality of badminton for students in college badminton special selection classes was not significant.(2)The experimental group after 12 weeks of elastic band resistance training in lllinois test,ten times low center of gravity four-point run,five times left and right touching the edge,10 seconds in situ high leg and 30 meters running test results are significantly different(P < 0.05),statistically significant,only a minute jump rope test items have a slight increase,but before and after the test results compared no significant difference(P > 0.05).Therefore,it is inferred that elastic band resistance training can significantly improve the badminton speed special speed quality of students in college badminton special selection class.(3)Comparison of test scores of the two groups after the experiment,it was found that the experimental group showed a significant difference in the lllinois test,ten times low gravity four-point run and five times left and right touching the edge in combination with badminton special movements more closely(P < 0.05),while the remaining three test scores were not significantly improved(P > 0.05).Therefore,it is inferred that the advantage of elastic band resistance training compared with traditional physical training is reflected in the better combination of special movements of badminton sports,to enhance the special required ability.
