Literacy teaching has a long history of far-reaching significance. Previous explore a large number of achievements in the field of literacy teaching:a variety of literacy gushing, various forms of literacy materials have emerged... literacy teaching increasingly scientific and systematic. Many teachers have been able to better learn from the results of previous studies to guide teaching practice, and have achieved good results. But can not deny that, still there are some problems in the actual teaching.This paper briefly reviews the history of literacy teaching, expounded the significance of teaching literacy, clear the goal of teaching literacy and literacy teaching strategies. Taizhou area primary school, for example, through survey, interviews and case analysis, describing the status of the current literacy teaching, confirming the results of low-grade classroom teaching, pointing out that the middle and high school classroom teaching methods and forms of monotone ignore the independent literacy training.This paper extends the perspective of the study, pointing out that there is some ubiquitous component of monotony phenomenon in the design of literacy homework of the high three learning segments; in the evaluation of the implementation of process, there is some problems of the machinery of the evaluation of the contents of a single and evaluation tools. At last, on the basis of the cause of the problems in the analysis of proposed improvements, called the Middle-grade classroom literacy instruction to achieve the diversification of forms and methods, and creatively put forward by building students’ literacy systematic way to improve the ability of independent literacy, recommended for high-grade classroom teaching requirements should be clearly preview and to focus on students’ prior literacy test, the formation of students strong independent literacy skills; calls for reducing the burden on the students’ academic, improve the quality of after-school literacy job start to promote the realization of operating its own function; advocate the implementation of the evaluation of content diversity, concerned about the literacy of students interested in the evaluation of the habits and attitudes, and the primary means of evaluation-dictation reform, strive to detect in the fun.
