Physics homework is an important part of the process of physics teaching in the classroom, and the most preliminary application of student's knowledge. Physics teachers can understand the situation of student's learning through the homework, and check their own effectiveness of teaching; students can complete the job to absorb and consolidate the knowledge. Then the students improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.Physics homework is so important, but it is considered as "supplementary classes" or "enhancement of teaching", operated as the burden of students over the years. Not only it is not conducive to student growth, but lost the original meaning of the proper of education.Although the new curriculum has already implemented, many teachers have not yet establish a correct concept of the operation of homework. While operating, one of the steps as a regular teaching is that each teacher can not be ignored and evaded. Therefore, it is necessary to design and evaluate physics homework in theory and practical research, to enhance the quality of the physics homework, so as to provide teachers with the physics design and evaluation of operational guidance.Paper absorbs and learns from the advanced educational theory and experience, and fills the constructivism, "Multiple Intelligence" and so on, into the design and evaluation of physics homework among the physics construction of the design and evaluation of homework,and is in the basis of scientific theory. In addition, the paper also describes the research and analysis experience at home and abroad, for the physics teacher assignments to provide a reference for practice. Paper studies deeply on the entire process of the physics layout and takes fully into accounting the nature and characteristics of physics, for the design and evaluation of high school physics teachers. It is a strong operational strategy:First, the purpose of operational design is clear; homework stimulates interests in homework design; homework design reflects the level; homework design orients practice; homework design fosters the co-operation. Second, homework design is the hierarchical evaluation, mainly encouraging; it is a bright-spot evaluation, incentives at the head; it has some ways to evaluate, to participate; it is a multiple evaluation and an experience success.The paper also extracts some of the researches for this interview. Realistic analysis of the practice of trying to effect the conclusions and the results achieved for the Institute with a reflection.
