In this article,the579students in Junior High School,who are living in Yangzhou city Jiangsu province,were taken as the object. Questionnaire and Case Study were used with 《Learning Burnout Questionnaire For Middle School Student》、《The Self-Efficacy Scale》 and 《The Coping Style Scale》 to analysis and understand the three aspects of the students in Junior High School:learnig burnout,self-efficacy and coping style, and to explore the predictive role of self-efficacy and coping style toward learning burnout. Combined with the using of Case Study Method to further explore the way and offer a new researcher perspective to mitigating and prevent learning burnout.Study results:1、Learning burnout is widespreadly exists among the junior high school students,total be placed in medium level,and the low Personal accomplishment is a serious problem.2、The learning burnout level of the boys is more obviously higher than the girls; The learning burnout level of the high grade is more obviously higher than the lower one; the one whose learning status is bad,the learning burnout level of him is more obviously higher the others; There are no siginificant differences between Only Children or not; The learning burnout level of the chairman is more obviously lower than the ordinary; There are no siginificant differences between the different family style; There are no siginificant differences between different family economic status; There are no siginificant differences between different parent’s profession; the parents’educational lever is lower,the students’ learning burnout level is obviously higher.3、The self-efficacy of junior high school students is totally in a medium or a bit lower level.4、The coping style of junior high school students is totally in a medium or a bit higher level.5、Self-efficacy has negative correlation with learning burnout and its three parts significantly; the problem-focused coping has negative correlation with learning burnout and its three parts significantly; the emotion-focused coping has positive correlation with learning burnout and its three parts significantly.6、Self-efficacy exerts a significant negative forecast function to the learning burnout; the emotion-focused coping exerts a significant positive forecast function to the learning burnout’s amount; the problem-focused coping exerts a significant negative forecast function to the learning burnout.7、Self-efficacy combined with the problem-focused coping and the emotion-focused coping exerts a significant function together by the combined function of low Personal accomplishment、Emotional exhaustion and estranged and the emotion-focused coping is the most siginificant aspect to influence learning burnout.In the end, it offers some suggestions as for how to mitigating and prevent learnig burnout on the bases of the results of Quantitative research and Case Study.
