With the application of new project all of the country, as one of the two main information technology courses in high school, information technology project has attracted due attention. Accordingly, the construction of it has become more and more important.This paper begins with the application of the project, much attention is paid to the research of intellectual property, exploitation of the course of intellectual property and reinforcement of the construction of information technology curriculum in this respect, enrich and improve the theory of the application of information technology course currently in china, and provide a reference for the content establishment of information technology and revision of course standard.Based on the related theories of intellectual property and reality of information technology course in average high school ,definition of intellectual property in information technology course in average high school; the related content to the protection of intellectual property ,harm of the violation of intellectual property and the value of education of protection of intellectual property are introduced.In chapter one, the actual meaning and instant requirement of intellectual property education in the information project in high school are disclosed through the investigation of intellectual property among high school students and the investigation and analysis among the information project teachers also verifies the necessity and certainty of acceleration of the construction of this course.In chapter two, according to the discussion above, education content of intellectual property in the lessons are studied; teaching instances of intellectual property are designed and testified in the class education. The goal, content, and methods of intellectual property education are brought out and useful suggestion are proposed too.Finally, based on the research conclusions in this paper, the following suggestions are proposed: reinforcement of ethics education and classroom teaching of information technology ,perfection of information technology course, development of the curriculum of intellectual property protection.
