Classroom instruction is an important form of Chinese teaching. In the teaching practice, it appears to be a form of behavior, which conveys the language with sound from one to the other, serving as an important intermediary and bridge. The subject of Chinese welcomes neither endless and empty imagination nor plain reading based on figment. It aims at culturing students’understanding and aesthetic ability and helping students establish a positive value. Thus, classroom instruction plays an important role in accomplishing the goal. As a matter of fact, theses and books on Chinese classroom instruction are rare, which means the existence of uncertainties and a lack of theories in the understanding of "classroom instruction". What’s worse, there do exist some prominent problems in Chinese classroom instruction.The paper starts with research in modern and contemporary Chinese essay classroom instruction in the author’s practice school of NingCheng Mongolian senior high School, collecting and sorting the practical materials and analyzing the status quo of modern and contemporary Chinese essay classroom instruction and factors that has led to the present problems, the paper focuses on creativity and practical instructions, and it also proposes the author’s understanding and suggestions related to practical teaching from aspects of instructive comparison, language use and knowledge accumulation.
