In recent years, the amount of college graduates has been rising dramatically,while their career decision-making anxiety has become a widespread phenomenon. Asto this situation, this thesis studies on self-concept, coping style, careerdecision-making anxiety of college graduates, and the action mechanism among them.In this thesis, Measurement of College Students’ Self-Concept Scale by ZhenYong and Huang Xiting, Trait Coping Style Questionnaires by Jiang Qianjin, andCollege Graduates Decision-making Anxiety Questionnaires by Zhang Yuzhu wereapplied to550graduates of this year, randomly chosen from Shenyang NormalUniversity and other three Universities. After analyze on statistics, followingconclusions have been made:Ⅰ.The self-concept, coping style, career decision-making anxiety of collegestudents differ in demography variables.Ⅱ.There are dependence relations between self-concept, coping style and careerdecision-making anxiety of college students.Ⅲ.College students’self-concept has significant negative prediction effect oncareer decision-making anxiety.Ⅳ.The self-acceptance,ambition,maturity,appearance and family of Collegestudents’ self-concept can negative predict career decision-making anxiety. Negativereact pattern can forward predict career decision-making anxiety respectively anddirectly. Meanwhile, self-concept can indirectly act on career decision-making anxietythrough some intermediation functions of negative react pattern. That is to say, Reactpattern are intervening variables of self-concept and career decision-making anxiety,and perform intermediation function partly.
