College students’ career decision-making difficulties shouldn’t be ignored in theiremployment. Both inherent quality of positive psychology and coping style have aneffect on these difficulties.To discuss the path relationship among psychology capital, coping style and careerdecision-making difficulties of college students, the research uses three kinds ofquestionnaires to test537college students in Harbin. The conclusions of the researchare listed as followed.1.The total score of psychological capital are significantly different in elements asgrades; Self-efficacy dimensions are also significantly different in terms as gender,grade and souse.2.Different demographic variables have no significant difference on twodimensions of coping style.3.Demographic variables play an important role in collage students’ careerdecision-making difficulties. The students of different gender、grade、source and thefact whether they received career counseling and whether their professional and interestwere the same have significant difference on the scores of career decision-makingdifficulties and its dimensions.4.Correlation analysis show that: correlations exist among psychological capital,coping styles and career decision-making difficulties; the college students with highlevel of psychological capital adopt positive coping style more often than the ones withlow level of psychological capital, and have lower level of career decision-makingdifficulties.5. Regression result shows that: psychological capital and coping style can bothforesee career decision-making difficulties.6.As a mediator, negative coping style’s mediating effect in psychological capitaland career decision-making difficulties is significant.7.Coping-style play a role of moderator between psychological capital and careerdecision-making difficulties...
