A Correlation Study On Self-concept,coping Style And Career Anxiety Among Junior College Students

Under the current situation of College Students' employment is becoming more difficult,college students are also facing greater employment pressure,which leads to the emergence of College Students' career anxiety,and has caused great obstacles to the healthy development of College Students' body and mind.Based on this,this study attempts to explore the impact mechanism of College Students' self-concept and coping style on career anxiety from the perspective of self-concept and coping style,so as to provide a way to improve college students' career anxiety.The research is divided into two parts.In the first part,this study is mainly based on theoretical construction and relevant research results of anxiety.Then,a total of 615 stude nts from three colleges in xiamen city were selected for the test,and the "College Studen ts' Career Choice Anxiety Scale" was compiled.The Simple Coping Style Questionnaire was used to measure college students' career anxiety,self-concept and coping style.The characteristics of College Students' career anxiety and the influence mechanism of College Students' self-concept and coping style on career anxiety were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)39 items were included in this study.The Vocational Selection Anxiety Scale for College Students has good reliability and validity,which can be divided into two dimensions: state anxiety and trait anxiety;(2)Vocational Selection Anxiety of College Students as a whole comes from the middle and upper level,among which state anxiety is higher;(3)The total scores of state anxiety and career choice anxiety of female college students are higher than that of male students.College students,while male college students are higher than female college students in the characteristics of career anxiety;(4)junior college students' state anxiety and career anxiety scores higher than sophomores and freshmen;(5)urban college students' state anxiety scores higher than rural college students;(6)college students' self-concept and career anxiety There is a significant correlation between them,and college students' self-concept can significantly predict career anxiety;(7)there is a significant correlation between College Students' coping style and career anxiety,and college students' self-concept can significantly predict career anxiety;(8)college students' self-concept and coping styleexist between There was a significant correlation between self-concept and coping style(9)College students' coping style played a part of mediating role in the influence of self-concept on career anxiety.Based on the results of this study,we can help college students to establish a better self-concept,optimize coping styles and so on,so as to reduce college students' career anxiety.
