The Ministry of Education formally promulgated and implemented the compulsoryeducation curriculum standards to meet the requirements of the full implementation ofquality education, to improve the quality of compulsory education in2011, which meansthat the curriculum reform has gotten to a new stage.Since the theory of multiple intelligences is introduced to China, it has attracted theattention of many scholars for the amazing fit with the concept of quality education, as thenew curriculum reform theory, one of the pillars of Gardner’s multiple intelligences theoryshows that: human intelligence is diverse; each student has the advantages of intelligence. If the teachers respect their smart features and the teachers can create the scenarios tofulfill the students’ expertise, it can enhance the students’ confidence; and each student hasthe possibility of success. For the physics teaching status is not optimistic, through the analyses of the juniorhigh school physics course curriculum standards, the improvement of physicalinstructional design is proposed. With the combination of junior high school physics classcharacteristics of the subjects, based on the theory of multiple intelligences, theimprovement of the physical instructional design is carried out. With the reference of the Jiangsu Science and physics textbook research, the authorexplore and integrate into the multiple intelligences physical teaching design method, andput forward physics teaching design mode under the guidance of the theory of multipleintelligences. Through the typical teaching design cases in the junior high school physicsteaching the author complete the multiple intelligences instructional design, it can helpimprove teaching efficiency and stimulate student interest in learning, and contribute to the development of students’ multiple intelligences.
