The Study On The Problems And Guiding Strategy Of Vocational Education Of Chongqing In The Context Of Emerging Industry Development

Socioeconomic development of China has entered “New Normal”,and the society displays new socioeconomic features of the new phrase.Chongqing,a city of vigor and vitality,has crucial strategic status and its economic development comes with new characteristics under the condition of “New Normal”.The real economy is the important support of national economy,and real economy needs vocational education to provide substantial technical talents for its development.It is worthwhile to research on what is the situation of vocation education in Chongqing,what kind of questions it confronts and what the government should do to solve questions and guide vocation education under the condition of “New Normal”.This article has eight parts: introduction,theory,and socioeconomic situation of Chongqing in “New Normal”,current conditions of vocation education of Chongqing,its development problems,reasons for problems,domestic and international experiences,and suggestions on policy and development strategy.This article will interpret the theoretical meaning of “New Normal”,do extensive field research on infrastructure,faculty condition,educational investment,current policy,and cultivation achievement,and analyze predicaments of vocation education in Chongqing,like unreasonable major setup,insufficient qualified teachers,deficient cooperation between vocational technical schools and enterprises,unsatisfactory employment status.Finally the article will propose a strategic guide for the government to solve those problems,after analyzing causes of the predicament on socioeconomic development,policies and systems,and school teaching,and combining with the domestic and international experiences in dealing with related problems.This research is based on problems confronted and hopes to provide solutions and to advance the development of vocation education in Chongqing.
