Take the road of the traditional personnel training, or in accordance with the characteristics of emerging industries and the demand for talent to innovate personnel training mechanism and mode, which is the current question to be answered.Therefore, this study with the "emerging strategic industries personnel training mechanism" as the theme, in order to, along the origin of the problem-analysis the current Situation-on construction of mechanism Ideas, carried out the following several aspects of the research:First, analysis the demand for talent of the strategic emerging industries, by analyzing the status and characteristics of the development of strategic emerging industries and university personnel training process to find the special requirements demand for talent of the strategic emerging industry; Second, the characteristics of personnel training of strategic emerging industries, from the training objectives and the type of talent, training process, teacher development, teaching and management, base construction, to explore the particularity of personnel training; Third, use the talent project of strategic emerging industry of Hubei Province as the object, to analyze training situation of the strategic emerging industries, its obtained experience and the main problems. Fourth, innovative personnel training mechanism of strategic emerging industry, to explore the organizational and security system, student selection mechanism, teaching and management mechanism, engineers and teachers exchange mechanism and base operating mechanism.The basic conclusion is that, for the personnel training of strategic emerging industries, from the macro level, the political industry-university cooperation system of the personnel training of strategic emerging industries should be established, which is based on the government for guidance, industry-led, colleges and universities as the mainstay, market-oriented and enterprises rely on. From the micro level, first expand school-enterprise functions, play the role of knowledge innovation and dissemination of high-tech enterprises, and promote personnel training, also extending university teaching and research spaces to the enterprise; Second is to strengthen school-enterprise linkage, make full use of two educational environment, two educational resources, to establish open teaching and management mechanism, enhance the quality of personnel training.
