Teenagers are the hope for the country and future, the basis for improving national physical fitness is to strengthen students’physique, which also concerns the important strategies for future development of the country, the physical fitness will directly affect China’s modernization process and the prosperity of our country.In the late1980s, the monitor results of physical fitness of students released by Ministry of Education shows that physical fitness indicators in primary and secondary school students presented a continued downward trend. Analyzing the causes, some countermeasures are given to reverse the downward trend in students’health in such a situation that has important practical significance. Processor Tang Yan who worked at our university, he applied for the National Science and Technology Support Program "The Research and Application of Key Technology for Promoting Teenagers’Physical Fitness", and I am so lucky to have the opportunity to test and monitor data. I had tested10schools, in which,8schools used different intervene methods,2schools didn’t use any intervene methods.Analysis of10schools, the results of two control schools did not differ significantly; there are significant differences in the selected indicators in eight schools school by use of different intervention means. The four primary schools include Elementary School affiliated to the Northwest Normal University (3), People’s Primary School (3), Coral Experimental Primary School (5), Chengjiang Primary School (5). The height, weight and bust of the students in these schools is significant growth, while there was no significant change in resting heart rate, but lung capacity and grip strength in two schools showing significant change. Description:Pupils’physique, bodily functions and physical fitness are promoting by use of different interventions.Four middle schools, in which,2junior high schools are Elementary School affiliated to the Northwest Normal University (Junior Grade2), Bashu Middle School (Junior Grade2), and2senior high schools are Jiangbei Middle School (Senior Grade2), Rongchang Middle School (Senior Grade2), among them, the height, weight, bust, resting heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, vital capacity, grip strength, sit and reach and standing long jump has significantly improved. The vital capacities, grip strength, sit and reach, standing long jump of four indicators shows significant differences, different means of intervention have played the same effect that improve students’physical fitness.
