Youngsters students are the future of our country and the hope of the nation.They will shoulder the burden of the country's prosperity.However,with the convenience of modern life,the use of elevators,widespread use of automobiles when we go out,the school sports facilities is crowded,with the heavy learning burden on students,youth physical fitness has decreased significantly,which has become the concern of society.In recent years,in the appeal of a large number of educators,the physical quality of students slightly improved,but compared with the normal,there is still a big gap.The fitness effect of baduanjin as a traditional national sport has been reflected in a lot of young and old people.However,few people study the fitness value of the baduanjin for pupils.From the survey it was discovered that in primary and secondary schools,there are few to learn and practice fitness qigong of baduanjin.In this article,baduanjin exercise was carried out for thirteen weeks in order to explore the effects of baduanjin practice to help improve the physical fitness of primary students on one hand while it also seeks to improve a theoretical basis for primary and secondary schools.Methods: This article adopts the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.This article makes its literature review on the current situation of the development of the baduanjin in the primary and secondary schools,the people exercising baduanjin.as well as the physiological characteristics of the students.Shijiazhuang Experimental Elemental School,grade four has two classes with a total of hundred pupils which served as the experimental object,with class four grade one as the experimental class while class four grade two as the control class.The experimental class has a total of 51 people,26 boys and 25 girls,the control class 49,23 boys and 26 girls.The pupils of the experimental class practice baduanjin every afternoon,five times a week for thirteen weeks.While the control class without restrictions.Before the experiment,the two classes were tested.Parameters include: height,weight,vital capacity,50 m,one minute jump rope,one minute sit ups,sit and reach.At the end of the experiment,and then unified test once.Through 13 weeks of experimental intervention,according to the principle of statistics,the data were processed and analyzed by spss20.0.Each grade was also compared before and after the experiment).Research results:1.On body shape index,after the experiment,comparing the experimental classes and control classes,two classes in height and weight p>0.05,there was no significant difference.experimental class were compared before and after the experiment,the control class were compared before and after the experiment,It was found that both the experimental class and the control class appeared in height and weight,p< 0.01,the difference is highly significant.2.In physical function index,after the experiment,comparing the experimental classes and control classes,two classes have no significant difference in vital capacity,but the longitudinal comparison,the experimental class before and after the experiment data,the P<0.01,the difference was significant high.Control class before and after the experiment,P > 0.05,growth is not significant.3.In the physical quality index,after the experiment,comparing the experimental classes and control classes,two classes in a minute and skipping one minute sit ups,there are P <0.05,with a significant difference.The longitudinal experimental class were compared before and after the experiment,the control class before and after the experiment,the control class in a minute jump rope,P < 0.01,in the 50 m,there are P < 0.05,but belong to negative growth.The experimental class after the experiment,one minute skipping,sit and reach,one minute sit ups are P < 0.05,with a significant difference.Research conclusion:1.Baduanjin exercise has no significant influence on Pupils' body shape,after a semester,the experimental class and the control class have a very significant growth about height and weight.But the increase is very close.2.Baduanjin exercise can improve the physical function of primary school,improve lung capacity.There was a significant difference before and after the experiment.Although the control class after the experiment has also improved,but there is no significant difference.Its growth is related to the law of natural.3.Baduanjin exercise can improve the physical coordination of pupils,improve their abdominal strength and improve their flexibility significantly.but the impact on the quality of speed is not very significant.
