Resilience is the good inherent characteristics described by the interaction between environment and inward when people confront the pressure or difficult position. It plays a regulatory role between the pressure and life satisfaction. It also has the important practical significance and theoretical significance for college students to keep their mental health and quality of life.The research has surveyed350undergraduates from the Southwest University by using the college students’ learning pressure scale, resilience scale of adults and the satisfaction of life scale. It has investigated three characteristics which including pressure of college students, resilience and life satisfaction. Then, the author has investigated the relationships among the three characteristics by regression analysis.The study results show that:(1) the study pressure and the resiliences of mental flexibility sociability, family cohesion and social resource dimensions have existed significant gender differences, however, there is no such significant gender difference on life satisfaction.(2) The students in different majors have significant differences in learning pressure, but in the whole resilience as well as organizational style of resilience, family cohesion, social ability, social resources have no significant differences, but their self-efficacy are very significant.(3) The only children and the non-only children have no significant difference in the study pressure, life satisfaction, resilience as we as the five dimensions of resilience which included self-efficacy, organizational style, family cohesion, social ability, social resources.(4)The differences are not significant in the mental flexibility, learning pressure and life satisfaction from different hometown, but family cohesion of psychological resilience dimension exists significant difference.(5)There is a significant difference between grade four and other three grade in learning pressure.(6) It shows a highly negative correlation between learning pressure and life satisfaction, but on the contrary, the resilience is positively correlated with life satisfaction.(7) learning pressure, resilience do a prediction function for life satisfaction.(8) Resilience plays a partial intermediary role between learning pressure and life satisfaction.
