Emotional competence usually refers to the ability of individuals to recognize,understand reasoning,express and manage their own and others'emotions.Through the level of emotional competence of normal students,they can predict their performance in future teacher positions.Highly emotional competence teachers tend to experience more positive emotions,have better teacher-student relationships,and have higher job performance and higher job satisfaction(Jennings&Greenberg,2009),who can communicate more professionally with students,colleagues,and leaders.Gaining more social support(Sun et al.,2017),and using emotions to promote education and teaching,increase personal well-being and help students grow(Garner,2010).Some teachers show better emotional competence and high resilience,can cope well with stress,and can prevent their own work and interpersonal emotional resources from over-consumption themselves,without causing burnout(Milstein&Farkas,1988).Throughout the process of the growth and development of normal students to teachers,the sense of career calling also plays an active role in the development of the special group of teachers who are determined to be teachers in the future.A sense of caceer calling will positively affect an individual's life satisfaction,job satisfaction,and even career planning and professional development(Duffy&Sedlacek,2010;Duffy,Allan,Torrey,&Dik,2012).Based on the above analysis,in order to understand the development status and predicament of teaching skills and emotional cognitive skills in the process of teacher growth,this study will focus on the normal school students,analyze the current emotional competence,resilience,career calling and life satisfaction of normal students.The general level of satisfaction development systematically explores the mechanism of the influence of teachers' emotional competence,on life satisfaction.Therefore,this study hopes to further clarify the mechanism of teacher's emotional competence,in theory and promote the theoretical study of teacher's emotions;in application,the competent educational department provides a scientific theoretical basis for the formulation of educational policies and precautions for normal students,so that practice can be changed.It is well-founded and responds to the urgent need for the improvement of teachers' emotional competence,in China's basic education.This study starts from the external demographic variables to analyze the differences in the emotional competence,resilience,career calling and happiness of normal students,and The author chooses the psychological flexibility and career calling from the perspective of psychological characteristics and career to explore the internal mechanism of the influence of emotional competence on the life Satisfaction of normal students,and then provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of normal education.Used four scales like?Emotion Intelligence Scale???Connor-Davidson resilience scale???Calling Scale?and?Satisfaction With Life Scale?to investigated 1001 normal college students from various master schools across the country.The research results are as follows:(1)The emotional competence,resilience and career calling of normal students are all slightly higher than the theoretical average,and the life satisfaction is at a higher level;All is no significant difference in gender;in career calling,emotional competence and resilience of the normal college students who serve as cadres and the other students are significant differences;the significant differences also is emotional competence,resilience and life satisfaction of liberal arts students are higher and those of science students.(2)Normal college students' emotional competence,resilience,career calling and life satisfaction were significantly positively correlated,and emotional competence,resilience and professional mission have a significant positive predictive effect on life satisfaction.(3)The emotional competence of normal students has an indirect influence on life satisfaction,and career calling and resilience a mediator role.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Normal students'emotional competence,resilience,career calling and life satisfaction are at the upper-middle level,and will be influenced by the gprofessionalism,and whether they are student cadres.(2)The emotional competence,resilience and career calling will have a great impact on their life satisfaction:(3)The emotional competence of normal students has an indirect influence on life satisfaction,and career calling and resilience a mediator role.Students with high emotional ability have higher resilience and can feel stronger career calling at work will find their own value,and thus having a higher life satisfaction.
