Especially in the nearly years, with the combination of golf and real estate and with the blooming of real estate price, more and more attentions were paid closely from all ranks of people in society.In fact, it is necessary for both the development of real estate and development of golf industry. With the blooming of economic in China, more and more projects were exploited by both of golf industry and real estate industry. The modern golf industry has only went through about20years, but developed extremely fast since entering China formally in1984. On the other hand, the real estate becomes one of pillar industries in our national economy after its blooming age in90s last century. Under this background, the combination of golf industry and real estate industry arises at the historic moment, especially the villa real estate become famous at once. But what is the matter is the government in China was putting out the new policy in order to suspend and limit the construction. To the above mentioned backgrounds, this paper will talk about the new way in this field-golf hotel from a case analysis method. And it will give some advice.Under above result, this paper will start from the economic theory of real estate to point out the advantage and disadvantage of golf real estate in an economic view. As a result, the combination of golf and real estate comes from the economic benefit and so does golf hotel that it will instead of villa real estate.
