Preschool education is an important part of national education system, is a basic part of life education, building and optimizing a quality preschool education teachers is the key to the development of preschool education. At present, the preschool education in China is in a period of rapid development, with the economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standard, high-quality preschool education has become a common demand of the cadres and the masses, and the high quality education resource shortage, has become the focus of attention of the community question. Especially poor families, poor families, rural left-behind children’s education is more urgent. Therefore, to speed up the development of preschool education in our city, improve the overall level of pre-school teachers, to meet the needs of society, to promote children’s physical and mental development, improve the quality of the whole nation, all has the vital significance. Among them, the author thinks, kindergarten teachers, for a crucial role to development of preschool education. The construction of teaching force is the most important part of the construction of preschool education in the task. Set of preschool education curriculum is the core of preschool teacher education reform, it determines the realization of the training objective of preschool teacher education institutions personnel, determines the overall quality of teachers, especially the professional curriculum is the basic guarantee of preschool teachers’ professional. On the fine level, in1995China’s postgraduate course plan first allowed the independent curriculum, since then, offering preschool institutions of different courses began to be different. In this paper, through some feasible research method, detailed investigation of teacher education, preschool in Bayannaoer city for example, the author uses the law of documents and materials, literatures about the setting of construction of middle vocational school curriculum, the region and the related data, and carries on the discussion and the practice of theoretical analysis on the basis of personal information; analysis of use case study method, pay attention to the development of an important basis, as important component of this research and further study; analysis and so on to list the fine development situation in case the enumeration method, preschool education in occupation technical school in Bayannaoer city is a typical combination of Preschool education professional, practical, found some of the courses offered in the some of the problems, and put forward some solutions. A comprehensive understanding and grasp of the development situation of the city’s pre-school education, is to identify problems restricting the development of preschool education."The Ministry of education on the development principle of medium occupation school teaching plan"(faculty into No.[2009]2) proposes:"insist on taking employment as the direction, facing the society, facing the market, focusing on the economic and social development and occupation post ability requirements, identify professional training objectives, curriculum and teaching content.", therefore, this requires us to further study and formulate a scientific and reasonable new thinking, new measures to speed up the development of preschool education in the future.
