With the continuous development of the city,more and more migrant workers choose to seek employment in the city,which brings a large number of labor force to the city.On the other hand,the rapid development of cities and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure require a lot of labor.However,most of the labor force required by urban development requires better professional level and skilled operation skills.The professional level and skill level of migrant workers are uneven,a large number of migrant workers can't find the job they want,and most of the jobs of migrant workers are at the bottom of urban construction.The employment situation of migrant workers is not optimistic.The construction of public employment service platform can provide employment jobs for migrant workers,help migrant workers to carry out vocational employment training,and effectively alleviate the structural employment contradictions in cities.Therefore,the research on the construction of public employment service platform is helpful to solve the employment problem of migrant workers and improve the quality of employment in China.Through the study of relevant theories,this paper combs the factors that affect the satisfaction of public employment service platform.Based on the CCSI model and the content and characteristics of the construction of "one-stop" employment service platform in Bayannaoer City,this paper constructs a service platform satisfaction evaluation index system which includes three latent variables: peasant workers' expectation,supply effectiveness and value perception.According to the evaluation index system,a questionnaire on public employment satisfaction is designed.Descriptive statistical analysis is used to analyze the results of satisfaction survey of public service employment platform.The reliability and validity of the results are tested.Finally,the path relationship between various dimensions of satisfaction of public employment service platform and satisfaction is explored by structural equation model.The results show that the internal consistency of the satisfaction questionnaire is very good,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire reach a high level,the index system structure is good,and the fitness of the satisfaction model of the "one-stop" employment service platform is acceptable.From the coefficient of structural model variables,there is a negative correlation between the expectation and satisfaction of migrant workers in Bayannaoer "one-stop" employment service platform.The higher the expectation of migrant workers,the lower the satisfaction of employment service platform.In addition,the path coefficient between peasant workers' expectation and supply effectiveness is the lowest,and the correlation between them is weak.The highest path coefficient is value perception and satisfaction.The value perception of peasant workers' employment service platform has the greatest impact on satisfaction.And supply effectiveness has a significant positive predictive effect on value perception and satisfaction.
