With the blossom of national and Henan provincial education environment,The Zhengzhou private preschool,as the economic core of Zhongyuan area,has tremendous development potential.Over the years,Zhengzhou government and related education departments successively publish a series of policies to give more growth space for private preschools.However,there are still many problems such as disordered management,lack of teachers,“primary school”tendency,and lack or overemphasizing of “feature”,etc.The word,“preschool education”,used in this paper includes the concepts of early education,infant education,kindergarten,etc.The research object is a ten years' Zhengzhou private kindergarten named “K”.The main analysis methods adopted here are “field investigation”,“questionnaire survey”,and “face to face interview”.The paper has three main parts: firstly,introducing the three key history periods of the kindergartner “K”,which including “early exploration stage”,“self-improvement stage” and “steady development stage”;secondly,investigating its current situation on management system,teachers,courses offering and exclusive features in order to find its problems;thirdly,based on the previous research results,analyzing the key factors for Zhengzhou private kindergartens,and providing suggestions and thinking for current Zhengzhou private preschool situation and sustainable development.This paper mainly discusses Zhengzhou private preschool education's situation,problems and suggestions.Currently,it is the golden age for Zhengzhou private preschool growth.Using sustainable development concept to operate inclusive kindergarten is a general trend.The government should optimize macroscopic management and put more effort on policies,capital,and laws.At the same time,private kindergartens should improve their inner management,adopt appropriate development path based on their own features,and remake marketing management system.As we know,excellent teachers are the key factors of sustainable preschool education development.Constantly satisfying and improving their material and psychological needs and benefits to attract more outstanding teachers is important.Also,the course offering in kindergartens is priority among priorities.Related government departments should closely cooperate and share resources with kindergartens to build appropriate curriculum system for children's mind and body.In conclusion,under continually improving social environment and government policies,the government,kindergartens and public together will make Zhengzhou private preschool education better and better.
