In the process of regional development and urbanization, excess pursuit of economical growth certainly will lead to a series of social problems. With the development of the society, humanized development concept realizes that growth is not equal to development, richness is not equal to happiness, and development should turn from simply in economics to in wide social aspects. Among them, the quality of life is both an important connotation and a ultimate index of social development."People-oriented" scientific concept of development, to put more emphasis on development the realistic people as the starting point of all activities, emphasizes human’s own development. Also, the "new humanized development concept" also requires attention to be not only to economic growth but more to people’s life quality and the needs of human beings themselves. This mainly lies in caring about differences in income of different areas and in life quality of people at different classes.The life quality evaluation within a city is an integral part of city life quality. The evaluation takes parents or those who take care of children undertaking their daily activities in the community as the basic starting point and the community resources which are closely related with the daily life of this group of people as main evaluation indexes, and discusses about the inner living environment of different communities from perspectives of quality.Based on theories of urban living space qualities of domestic and international cities, combined with China’s specific national condition, this paper makes a micro definition of community resources indicators. By using related urban geography, human geography research methods, this paper selects several typical communities in Kaifeng City, with qualitative and quantitative analysis of their community resources, and thus makes the overall evaluation of the Kaifeng community resources. On the research of the community resources availability, can be resources of city community and analyze the thinking, not only helps to improve the community daily life space of the survival of the "people-oriented" concept, is more advantageous to change the living space of urban community health inequality model, from a certain extent, reduce the existence social inequality, and embody fairness and justice.The paper is divided into the following sections:(1) The introduction makes an abbreviated discription on research background and significance, and then makes a summary and analysis on domestic and international researches combined with literature and books that we have. The first part defines the object of this study, clarifies the approaches that would be used, and concludes the rough research ideas of the whole paper.(2) Community resources related theories:this article defines the elements of community, community resources, community resources constitute at first. In support of these theories of development view of human being, the new humanist philosophy, city-social concept of quality of living space, the principle of social stratification, urban communities architecture principle, this article summarizes the availability of community resources evaluation principle, the principle of evaluation and evaluation elements. Then, We build evaluation index system, and quantitative the evaluation index.(3) Empirical research:this article takes three communities of Kaifeng City as examples, through to the research scope to measure the community residents in the life service facilities (community resource availability) questionnaire, mainly from the sports and entertainment facilities, public transportation and communication, shopping facilities, education, health, social, and cultural facilities as well as several aspects, and a quantitative analysis on six categories,35categories of community resources in the three indicators, Using SPSS software for data processing, the space of the geography perspective used in this study, thus to evaluate the overall availability of Kaifeng community resources.(4) Research conclusions:the study shows that the community environmental quality is determined by the community infrastructure; city community environment and community resources by the quality of (public transportation and communication facilities, sports and entertainment facilities, etc.) the pros and cons of configuration has significant positive correlation; the difference of the community life environment quality is mainly manifested in the difference of The level of availability of community resources.(5) Research deficiencies:in the study area and the research content, research community are less than, to Kaifeng not covered by other community; In terms of the evaluation results, only to the differences of three different community resources are analyzed, and can not from the more subtle aspects of community resource accessibility of spatial analysis in detail.
